Sandra K. Voss

Sandra K. Voss
Sandra brings over thirty years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate litigation. She advises individuals, families, and charitable organizations on wealth transfer strategies, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
Her work encompasses both straightforward estate plans and highly complex multi-generational arrangements — including special needs trusts, generation-skipping transfers, and charitable foundations. Sandra has helped dozens of families avoid costly probate disputes through meticulous advance planning.
Sandra joined the firm as Of Counsel after a distinguished career at a regional estate planning boutique, where she served as lead partner for over fifteen years. She is frequently called upon to lecture at continuing legal education seminars and has authored published articles on estate tax reform and digital asset inheritance.
