Renata represents both employees and employers in a broad range of workplace legal matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour disputes, and non-compete enforcement. She approaches each case with a clear understanding that employment law sits at the intersection of legal rights and human dignity.
On the employee side, Renata has won significant settlements for clients in retaliation and hostile work environment cases. On the employer side, she advises HR departments, develops employment handbooks, and conducts internal investigations to help companies minimize litigation risk and foster legally compliant, respectful workplaces.
Renata is a recognized voice in regional employment law circles and speaks regularly at HR conferences on evolving topics including remote work policy, AI in hiring, and workplace accommodation requirements under the ADA.
