Margaret leads the firm's litigation and dispute resolution practice with over two decades of courtroom experience. She has successfully represented individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies across a wide spectrum of legal matters from complex commercial disputes to employment and real estate litigation.
Before co-founding the firm, Margaret spent twelve years at Holt & Brennan LLP, where she led the civil litigation group and was recognized twice by the State Bar for pro bono service. She brings a methodical, client-first approach that balances aggressive advocacy with practical counsel.
Margaret is particularly sought after for high-stakes trial work and multi-party disputes involving insurance coverage, business contracts, and fiduciary responsibility. She has appeared before the State Supreme Court and multiple federal district courts.
