Daniel S. Okafor

Daniel advises businesses at every stage of their lifecycle — from formation and early-stage fundraising to mergers, acquisitions, and exit strategies. His practice encompasses corporate governance, commercial contracts, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance across multiple industries including technology, healthcare, and logistics.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel served as General Counsel for a mid-market private equity group, giving him firsthand insight into the pressures and priorities that business clients face. This perspective shapes how he structures deals and advises boards — always with an eye on operational realities, not just legal formalities.
